I put this poll up to see when people are free for this coming event, i couldnt do another poll in the "Predator Event" thread because Warrior had started it. We are thinking about doing it in Church's Server, we cant make it (I think) for this coming Thursday because he is flying back from his time off and has to shut down the server. So just vote when you are free and we will try and get it on that day.
P.S You can select more than one date.

I have voted anytime the next 2 weeks and limited time the next 2 weeks. I'm not sure if I will have a lot of time or not. If not , Then I'll have maybe 2 - 3 hours.

If you need a server made available for the event, I can free up SS5 for the event and set it to the map you need it to be on. I can then PW protect it and give the participants the password.
SS5 hasn't been getting much traffic lately so it should not be a problem.

I voted for limited time in the next two weeks. As for the server map, Associus, I believe he wanted to do it on sidewinder, so that could pose a problem for resetting it back to the normal mapcycle you have set up. Or are you running it off your own resources?

I am running SS5, SS6 and the Academy server off of a PC dedicated for those servers. I did notice that SS5 was running some fairly high traffic last night so it might not be a good candidate to take down, however, I do not mind setting up the Academy Server for this event if it is needed. However, from what I can tell in the other thread, Church will be able to setup his server for the event which I think would be the best first choice. If it turns out Church cannot support it or something happens to his server while he is away, I can setup the Academy server for the event.

If I can't get my server up, I will let you know Associus, so you can setup the academy server. Again, this all depends on what day the event will be happening. if it next weekend, I cannot guarantee my server will be up, because I don't know if I can get my computer running on my parents network before I leave for the weekend. but anytime after that, it should be simple enough to ensure it is running.

well really i posted this to see if many ppl wanted the event to be earlier, because we were thinking that this coming weekend (19th,20th) would be when we can hold the event it does not look like ppl want to do it nex weekend. But it is one of the only remaning times i have free, so put down your thoguht on having the event next weekend.

I think we should make the tie for the limited time and anytime. We should go with the limited time since if people have anytime, They can go with limited time of the event. Either that, or the people with the limited time can go to the event for the amount of time they have and then leave and the rest can finish up.
