Extra information: I have video and will send it when it's done or by PM if thats better. He was insulting clan members and the clan itself and not following rules, i did not have my ssr} tags on because they will not fit, for extra info go to my application.

Thanks Oblivion. I have played with Dadzilla before and he did become a problem for little things but didn't do anything like this.
P.S. You need to make your name shorter or get another name so it can fit when you wear your tags.

I have also seen dadzilla causing problems in our servers, and he wont respect our rules. By the time I can get an admin alerted, he has left on his own. I know he has been banned before in at least one of our servers at some point in the past. If I understand our rules correctly, at this point, he is due for a perma ban from all our servers based on the number of times he has violated our rules and the fact that he has been banned previously:
6. Cursing – Limited cursing is allowed, as long as it does not offend players or admins. Do not use abusive language towards other players.
● 1st Offence: Warning
● 2nd Offence: Kick
● 3rd Offence: One-week Ban
● 4th Offence: Perma-Ban
If I overstepped my position, I apologize, this is just how I see the situation.

If a rcon holder is there the server regulations will be executed.
You can see a rcon holder list on the top right site. Add them to your xfire and contact them if available.

I do not feel that you have overstepped your bounds. You presented information in a respectful way concerning this player based upon your own experiences, explained your belief that he has been banned before for these same types of offenses and correctly quoted the rules and the probable next steps. I have no issue with that. I have issues only with anyone jumping into a Courtroom thread who is only stating opinion about the alleged behavior without presenting any first hand facts or if they correspond in a way that is disrespectful.
I was the one that banned him previously. Excerpt from our RCon reports - Names replaced with "another player" in this post. Dadzilla banned « Thread Started on Apr 22, 2009, 11:43pm Name of player you banned: Dadzilla Date of the ban: 4/22/2009 Length of Ban: 1 second to be increased to 7 days Which server was the ban in: SS6 Witnesses: Frost Reason you banned the player: Cussing and making strange accusations ... Extra information: I've warned Dadzilla for cussing before in previous sessions in the server and another player warned him in the server this time as well. I was undercover so I just 1s banned him as a kick when he kept cussing after another player warned him. He came back and cussed again and promptly quit. He probably figured he could avoid a longer term ban. I will increase his ban to 7 days when the server is empty in the morning. |

Warrior, the video is on his xfire page, it is the only one there. It could be that you we have seen different Dadzilla's, although that is unlikely.

Dadzilla has already been banned twice by me.
First was a 7 day ban and the second was a perma ban.
Mostly for insults and cussing.

Dadzilla is a repeated problem in any server I have seen him in. He purposely goes out of his way to run his mouth when he's getting his butt kicked. And when a server op tells him to do something, no matter what it is, he gets hostile. I can recall about a dozen times that he had to be kicked or warned by me just to clean up the action in the servers.
Warrior, you have probably seen him on his good days when his "medication" works. LOL
The dude has a serious mental issue and continues to be a problem and will continue to be a problem in the future if he is not removed now.
