I would count this as a useless post as what I have seen other players put in here also.

If you think they are spawn killing to much then tell them to knock it off. If you and other people are complaining a lot, Then there should be no spawn killing what so ever. If they keep on doing it then report them to a RCon holder that is available and is online. If there are none, PM someone and do not post it here. This is here to mostly to have other players come and talk about them getting banned.

This is sorta of a useless post depends on if people were leaving or not if they were then this is not a useless post and your just posting for no reason whats so ever then i would have gave you a warning bar. But I'm sure people were leaving they always do when plp get spawned killed like crap and i understand were your coming vampire if it happens again come get me or a staff member to take care of it.

I feel it necessary to respond, so I lobbied Warrior to unlock the thread. Thanks man.

SeanJuan, a well known rcon holder in this clan, was in there for at least 75% of the time I was in there tonight. He didn't say a word. He did do a fine job getting the attention of a cliff spawn killer, who was clearly abusing the cliff.

At any rate, SJ's usually right on top of the issue if there's a problem, so I'd like to hear if he had any issue with what he saw, since he played about 60% of the time on my team and the remainder on the opposing team. In my opinion, I didn't spawn kill any more or any less than I was being spawn killed myself.

And... actually, I wait for the newly spawned player to start running for a few seconds, or start throwing nades or shooting. I feel as soon as they start actively fighting by shooting or throwing nades, they're fair game. Am I wrong?

So to me it just sounds like you spawned a bad spot vampire and cutter was not doing it on purpose and i defiantly understand that happens lot to me and it does sometimes feel that there doing it on purpose but there not but the game can spawn you in very bad situations and i know were cutter is coming from and i know that he did not mean to do it cause Ive been in there many times and i have played with cutter before and he never does that and hes a clean player that plays fair and follows rules.

I do the same thing. I kill someone that has had more then enough time moving and I shoot and the second I shoot there is another guy that is spawned there and I kill them both. They usually say I spawn kill when it happens all the time but I can't help it at all.

I am glad that you let Cutter come in and say what he needed to say. I agree now since I know what was going on in there.

In defense of the spawning situation. Cutter has not been known to spawn kill unless he was in close proximity of the enemy base in an attempt to get the flag. He is not a big spawn killer like being reported here and never has been. I have known him for 2 years now and not once have I had a complaint about his playing style. On another note, it takes A LOT for Cutter to complain about someone else because he is very tolerant in the servers unless he see's something obvious.

First, proof read... Although there is only one mistake, I have been after people for grammar errors.

Second, I do agree with your spawn killing assessment of Evolux but I do not agree with your assessment of Cutter.

Third, I was handling the people who were spawn killing as well as cussing and other problems in server.

No you are not wrong. Sorry for the accusation. As you stated, I would have told you if you were pushing it to far and you were not.


I am re-locking this thread and giving Vampire a written warning.

IF you are going to make post like this please bring substantiated evidence and make sure it was not already handled by a rcon holder.

I will also throw my support in here for Cutter. I have played with him in server many times and have never observed anything like wanton spawn killing.

Evolux / Milky on the other hand has previously had a history of it, I do not know what his playing habits are since he reapplied to our clan as I have not played with him since then.

As for if this was the right place to post this or not, The Courtroom is intended as the place to post if you have been banned from our servers. The Problem Players sub board is the place to post to report players that you believe are causing problems. Unfortunately, the notes attached to the Courtroom board are not clear on that so I can understand why someone new to our forum could post this thread in the wrong area. I'll update the board notes and move this thread to the Problem Players board.
