A review of the post counts of our recruits has made it painfully aware to me that a significant number of our recruits have never read our Recruiting Process, do not understand it or are patently ignoring it. Part of that thread outlines that our evaluation period is our chance to get to know you so that we can determine if you are someone that we want to include in our community as a representative of our clan. We cannot get to know you well enough if you do not interact with us. Knowing you in the game server is not enough. At the end of your evaluation period, being the absolute hottest best player in Halo will not earn you entrance into this clan unless we have also gotten to know more about you in our forum. Basically, in a nutshell, if you don't participate actively in our forum and post, you will not be accepted into our clan. Once we know you and you are accepted you are not required to be as active, but we still expect some activity in the forum to remain a clan member.
Edit: If you do not see any threads that interest you enough to participate in them, then think of some things that interest you and post them in the appropriate boards and see what sort of conversations develop from them and participate in those threads. Just so you are aware, posts made in the Forum Games subboard of the Humor Zone board do not count towards your total post count. Post counts for that board are disabled due to the Route Step to 15,000 thread.
