But since it isnt a real hill, its just a pile of scrap, I 'borrow' some of the scrap and make myself a bulldozer. I then use the bulldozer to build myself a new hill out of the wasteland that is now earth.

Sadly, You don't have skillz to do that. So then I take the bulldozer and make alot alot of hills and then take one for claim. And I made an expert at making hill smake all the hills for free.
