Need a Sig but just don't know how the hell to make one?

Well,

LOL.

Jk jk, I have a lot of free time on my hands lately, so I've decided to start getting back into Photoshop, I missed it so much, xD.

So, if you want a sig, please fill out this form below.

YES, I know it's the same Sig Forum SxyFrg uses, but I like it...straight to the point...xD.

(this must be in your request, else it will be ignored)

You MUST include the following:
- Colours
- Style ( abstract / grunge / smudge )
- Render ( supply a link so i can get it, must be a cut-out )
- And any text you want on it!
The required list is subject to change

You can also opt. for anything extra e.g.
- Placement of text &/or render
- Any specific size ( default is 500 x 150 )
-Animated (Please Specify what type of animation, e.g. Animated text, animated fire, etc etc...

- Render ( supply a link so i can get it, must be a cut-out ) any lol
- And any text you want on it! He still fights for your right to wear that shirt.

- Any specific size ( default is 500 x 150 ) default

P.S. From now on, please get a render, if you don't, the app will be denied, either that or be VERY specific with the Render, I know that some don't know where to get them, so I'll let those that provide details, like Fly, slide.
