Oh, not sure If you were there but I remember Vel made some like that In NÅ's last days. They're pretty cool, the pictures look a tad lq. But I would like one ;D

lq is low quality. However the only one's I think that look a little lq are the Marley one and the army one. In the army one I can't tell what the image is. In the Marley one I only consider the dog lq because of the edges of the dog, they're kinda blocky. I'd suggest using a marquee tool, set the feather between(for this size) somewhere between 1 and 10. Then select areas around the dog(including edges of the dog) and press Delete when you have selected an area. It will hide the blockiness and help is blend better with the background. You may have to play around with it to where it looks good. Here's my first try with this technique of blending to the background(it's not very good and the sig was done just to try the technique out):  |

You gotta find better qaulity images, and a really good way to make em look better, is find a largish image, and set is as the background (behind the glar and scan lines) and set it on like 1-4 gausian blur, and possibly set the opacity down. And Texans and Jets fail bad (I know im Australian, but I don't mind the Madden games lol), Eagles FTW  . |
