Well, for starters, your signature is way too large. Our max signature size is 500 pixels wide, by 200 pixels high. Your signature is about double the width, and about triple the height. Once you have a signature that meets the signature size requirements you just need to add [/img] tags to the URL. So it would look like:
[img]linktoyoursignaturefor.example[/img]
Now if you want it centered just need to add the

tags:
[center][img]linktoyoursignaturefor.example[/img][/center]
