Okay, the rank is called ORO. O Rly Officer. This Spartan's job is to search around the fourms and find and kind of intresting facts and make post saying "O RLY!?!?!" then that's it. (This was influenced by Kae and Joe)

Uhhmmm...I just kinda tought of it when Joe told me about the RO(Recruiting Officer). I was really hyper, so I tend to think of random things. So on the spot, I just said " ORO! O Rly Officer!" then I told Joe what the ORO does. He said "That should be a new rank!" and he told me to make a post about it. I said " THATS A GOOD IDEA!!! :3"....lol, so that's how we came up with it. XD
